As we scale our technology globally, we are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Lead to support our Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer and play a central role in strengthening our go-to-market engine, making our brand top of mind for our target audience, and ensuring a structured, high-quality generation of business opportunities.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and proactive Marketing & Business Development Lead to join our Marketing & BD team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer, this role sits at the core of our growth engine. You will be responsible for orchestrating marketing activities across channels while ensuring strong alignment with outbound and pipeline generation initiatives. You will combine leadership, operational rigor, and cross-functional coordination to turn strategy into consistent execution.
In this role, you will guide and support marketing operations, manage people and partners, and ensure that all activities - from content and campaigns to events and outbound initiatives - are aligned, measurable, and designed to generate tangible business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the execution of the marketing plan across content, campaigns, email marketing, events, paid media, and brand initiatives, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.
Provide daily guidance, direction, and coaching to operational team members, ensuring clear priorities, balanced workloads, and continuous professional growth.
Act as the primary orchestrator of the marketing ecosystem, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including paid media consultants, PR agencies, and creative vendors.
Ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints by supervising the production, maintenance, and evolution of marketing assets.
Track and analyze performance across marketing activities (content, campaigns, events, paid media), translating data into insights and continuously improving execution and impact.
Define and refine target account segmentation and stakeholder mapping in collaboration with the BDR, ensuring a clear focus on high-value opportunities.
Design and support multi-channel outreach initiatives, ensuring strong alignment between marketing messaging, value proposition, and outbound relevance.
Work closely with the other teams to ensure accurate data management, efficient lead handover, and full visibility across the pipeline.
Build structured processes, playbooks, and workflows that allow marketing and business development activities to scale with quality, consistency, and compliance.
You will need:
Proven experience (6–8 years) in marketing roles within B2B, SaaS, or tech environments, with exposure to demand generation, content, campaigns, and go-to-market activities.
Solid understanding of B2B growth dynamics and pipeline generation, including collaboration with outbound or business development functions.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (GSuite), HubSpot, analytics tools (GA4 or similar), LinkedIn, and marketing collaboration tools such as Figma.
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate multiple initiatives, and maintain high execution standards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and structured mindset.
We will really like (but they are not required):
Experience in high-growth SaaS or scale-up environments.
Familiarity with outbound tools, ABM approaches, and revenue operations concepts.
Experience working with additional marketing platforms (Webflow, SEO/SEM tools, automation tools).
Daily or frequent use of AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, data analysis, or workflow automation.

Where is the job located?
This position follows a hybrid work model, combining days working from home with days spent in the office. Our Milan office is located at SPACES, Piazza Gae Aulenti 1/Torre B, where we regularly meet to collaborate and work together in person. We also love getting together and organizing various retreats and meetups throughout the year to stay connected, also with our fully remote teammates.
